As a Retail Manager for the Luxury Womenswear department, you will blend your ability in this department with strong leadership skills to drive sales success and foster a customer-centric environment within our dynamic retail setting.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Luxury Womenswear trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences. 
  • Develop data-driven strategies to surpass sales targets by analysing category performance. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams to create an engaging customer experience. 
  • Establish clear goals and expectations for the team to cultivate a customer-centric and results-oriented atmosphere. 
  • Provide continuous coaching and feedback to Client Advisors to enhance their ability to deliver personalized service. 
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, showing exceptional service standards and a customer-centric approach. 
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure new hires embrace a customer-centric mindset. 
  • Collaborate with Store Manager and Human Resources to address employee relations issues and keep a positive team culture. 



  • Minimum 2-3 years of luxury or high-end retail management experience, preferably within the Luxury Womenswear sector. 
  • Track record of surpassing sales targets and delivering exceptional results. 
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and coach team members effectively. 
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Luxury Womenswear market trends and customer preferences. 
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. 
  • Genuine passion for providing exceptional service and fostering lasting client relationships. 
  • Customer Centricity Advocate: Prioritize the customer experience and inspire the team to do the same.
